- How to know when puberty has started (it’s sooner than you think)!
- Who they prefer to talk to about this time of life
- Specific tips for autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent kids
- The best way to communicate with your budding young teen!
This class is 1.5 hours with a Q&A session.

What’s the cost?
For public schools, I use a sliding scale based on free lunch percentages. Private school or organization? Let’s chat.
Virtual: $650–$1500 — includes recording, handouts, and Q&A.
In-person: $650–$1500 (plus travel if needed)
