About me!
I’d been a sexuality educator for over 16 years, but even I felt totally lost when it came to talking about sex with my own kid. The good news is I figured it out!
In 2006, I started Birds & Bees & Kids to help other parents, but when I looked for neuro-inclusive resources for parents, there was nothing. And I mean nothing!
So I created them for families like yours.
I help parents and carers of neurodivergent kids communicate about consent, sexuality, relationships, and puberty in ways neurodivergent kids can understand.
If you want to…
- Know what’s age- and developmentally appropriate—and when to start.
- Be ready for every sex ed topic—from private parts to puberty to porn.
- Stay calm, confident, and clear during every “sex talk” (yes, all of them).
…this is the place for you.
